Week Twenty

Monday, October 5: 5.5 miles in 40 minutes
Tuesday, October 6: 9 miles (AM: 2 mile shakeout run in 16 minutes, PM: 2 mile warm-up in 15 minutes, 3.1 mile race in 17:13 (hilly course), 2 mile cool-down in 16 minutes)
Wednesday, October 7: 6 miles in 45 minutes
Thursday, October 8: 8 miles (2 mile warm-up in 15 minutes, 4 mile tempo run (5:52, 5:53, 5:47, 5:39), 2 mile cool-down in 16 minutes)
Friday, October 9: 5 miles in 37.5 minutes
Saturday, October 10: 8 miles (Today was the annual workout we affectionately call Suffer Fest. 2 mile warm-up in 15 minutes, 1 mile interval (flat) in 5:07 minutes, 800 meter interval (hills) in 2:50, 800 meter interval (flat) in 2:40, 1 mile interval (hills) in 5:33, 800 meter interval (flat) in 2:34 with 3 minutes recovery between each interval, 2 mile cool-down in 16 minutes)
Sunday, October 11: 10 miles in 75 minutes
