Week Twelve (Tapering for the Season)

Monday, August 10: 8 miles in about 60 minutes
Tuesday, August 11: 6 miles (10 minute warm-up, three 6 minute tempo miles, twenty minute cool-down)
Wednesday, August 12: 6 miles in about 45 minutes
Thursday, August 13: 10 miles in 70 minutes
Friday, August 14: 6 miles in 43 minutes
Saturday, August 15: 3 miles in 21 minutes
Sunday, August 16: 2 miles in 15 minutes, dynamic flexibility, joint mobility, continuous movement drills, and rope stretching to prepare for the two mile time trial tomorrow on the first day of the xc season
