Week Thirteen (First Week of the Cross Country Season)

Monday, August 17: 12 miles (AM: 3 mile warm up in about 24 minutes, 2 mile time trial in 11:03 minutes, 3 mile cool-down in about 24 minutes, PM: 4 miles in about 30 minutes)
Tuesday, August 18: 10 miles in 75 minutes
Wednesday, August 19: 12.5 miles (AM: one mile warm-up, six mile run, one and a half miles of hill circuits, PM: 4 mile run in about 30 minutes)
Thursday, August 20: 12 miles (AM: 2 mile warm-up, 2 mile tempo run in 12:24 minutes, 2 minutes rest, 2 mile tempo run in 11:59 minutes, 2 mile cool-down, PM: 4 mile run in about 30 minutes)
Friday, August 21: 7 miles (1 mile team warm-up in about 8 minutes, 5 mile run in about 37 minutes, 1 mile team cool down in about 8 minutes)
Saturda, August 22: 12 miles in about 89 minutes
