Monday, August 24: 11 miles (AM: three-mile warmup in about 23 minutes, 12x400 meter repetitions at an average of 76 seconds each and 1.5 minute recovery for the first 7 then 2 minute recovery for the remaining, one mile cool-down in about 8 minutes, PM: 4 miles in about 30 minutes) New Pair Of Shoes
Tuesday, August 25: 11 miles (AM: 8.5 mile run in 65 minutes, PM: 2.5 miles in about 17 minutes
Wednesday, August 26: 8 miles in 60 minutes
Thursday, August 27: 13 miles (AM: 2 mile warm-up in about 15 minutes, 4 mile tempo run with splits of 6:05 minutes, 6:05 minutes, 5:51 minutes, 5:38 minutes (23:39 minutes total), PM: 5 miles in about 40 minutes)
Friday, August 28: 7 miles (6 miles in about 48 minutes, hill bursts, 0.6 mile cool down)
Saturday, August 29: 12 miles in 90 minutes
