Week Sixteen

Monday, September 7: 7.5 miles (2 mile warm-up, 4x400 meters at 76 second pace with 2-2.5 minute recovery, 4x600 meters at 1:58 with 2-2.5 minute recovery, 4x400 meters with 2-2.5 minute recovery, 1 mile cool-down)
Tuesday, September 8: 10 miles (AM: 2.5 miles, PM: 2 mile warm-up in 15 minutes, 3.1 mile 5k race in 18:09 (didn't race my hardest, saving energy for big race on Saturday), 2.5 mile cool-down)
Wednesday, September 9: 4 miles in 30 minutes
Thursday, September 10: 10 miles in 72 minutes (last two miles were just below tempo-pace)
Friday, September 11: 6 miles in 45 minutes
Saturday, September 12: 12.5 miles and PennTrackXC Invitational (Early AM: 1.5 mile shakeout run, AM: 8 miles (2 mile warm-up in 15 minutes, 3.1 mile race in 17:19 minutes, 2 mile cool-down, PM: 3 miles in 25 minutes)
